Yesterday training was tough.
I skipped mostly all the runnings cuz my stomach was aching like hell.
So i owe coach 19rounds.

We did 100++ pushups?
70burpes. my leg muscles were like aching.
All together we ran 45 rounds.
While the defenders ran 55rounds.
See, training was like hell.
At least the weather was AWESOMEEE. :D
I hope tmr would be like that.
